Abstract
Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na načrtovanje prodaje v digitalnem okolju. V prvem delu pobližje predstavi teoretično podlago digitalne prodaje s posebnim poudarkom na korakih načrtovanja prodaje, nato pa se osredotoči na analizo uspešnosti prodaje v podjetju glede na različne faktorje (obseg prodaje, dobičkonosnost, zadovoljstvo strank…). V praktičnem delu delo najprej predstavi izbrano podjetje ter izdelek, za katerega kasneje ustvari celoten načrt prodaje s poudarkom na vključenosti na socialnih omrežjih podjetja, vključno z analizo predvidenih rezultatov ustvarjenega načrta. Analiza vključuje tudi uspešnost tako izdelka kot podjetja, ter predvideno uspešnost po implementaciji novega prodajnega načrta.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the planning of sales in a digital environment. The first part analyses the theoretical basis of digital sales planning, with a special emphasis on the steps of the sales planning process. It also focuses on the analysis of the company’s sales performance based on different factors (sales volume, profits, customer satisfaction, …). The practical part of the thesis first presents the chosen company and their product, for which it then creates a complete sales plan with an emphasis on marketing through the company’s social media. The sales plan also includes the analysis of the predicted results, including the success of both the company and the product after the implementation of the new sales plan. |
