Abstract

Trg je dandanes izredno nepredvidljiv, ponudba presega povpraševanje, za to morajo podjetja, da bi preživela, ustrezno prilagoditi svoje celotno poslovanje. To pomeni, da je nujno povečati inovacijsko dejavnost na vseh področjih, hkrati pa mora inovativnost postati sestavni del in filozofija poslovanja podjetja. V inovacijsko dejavnost moramo vključiti vse zaposlene, na vseh ravneh in v vseh oddelkih v podjetju, saj so vsi potencialni izumitelji, za kar pa jim je potrebno zagotoviti ustrezne razmere, pogoje, vzdušje, klimo, kjer bodo lahko spontano ustvarjali novosti. Najprej bomo opisali samo organizacijsko kulturo in elemente inovacijske organizacijske kulture. V drugem delu pa se bomo posvetili raziskavi v podjetju HIT, d.d., saj želimo izvedeti, kako v praksi spodbujajo inovativnost, oz. kakšna je njihova organizacijska klima. Prikazati skušamo pomen inovativnosti za preživetje in nadaljnji razvoj podjetij. To bomo pa preverila tudi v tem podjetju, kjer bomo opravili intervju z vodjo kadrovske službe.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays, the market is extremely unpredictable and supply exceeds demand. In order to survive, the companies have to adjust their entire business performance. That means it is necessary to increase the innovational activity in all fields and at the same time implementing it as an integral part of the company and its business philosophy. Innovational activity should include the employees on all levels and in all departments of the company because each and everyone is a potential inventor. However, a proper work conditions and a work environment where they can spontaneously innovate have to be provided. We will going to describe the organisational culture and its elements. Secondly, We are going to focus on the research in the company HIT d.d. because We want to learn about their stimulation of innovativeness and organisational work atmosphere. On the basis of different foreign and local authors, we are going to showcase that a properly formed organisational culture is a necessary condition for innovativeness of employees. To confirm it, We will going to conduct an interview with the head of HR in HIT d.d.
