Abstract
Žrtve napadov so bili civilisti. Napadi so povrzočili spremembe v boju proti terorizmu. Evropska unija in urad Evropol povečujejo nadzore nad zunanjimi mejami, nad financiranjem terorizma ter priprečevanjanjem nezakonite prodaje orožja. Države Evropske unije pa si s pomočjo izmenjave podatkov in skupnim delovanjem želijo napade preprečiti že v fazi priprave in načrtovanja. Z zavedanjem in visoko stopnjo nadzora jim to tudi uspeva, kar dokazujejo letni rezultati padanja trenda napadov in preprečitve le-teh, predstavljeni v letnem poročilu Evropola.

Secondary abstract: |
In today's world terrorism is one of the fundemental security challanges, and threat for all people on the world. It is also related to threat of human rights and freedoms. With the transition to the 21 century, we are witnessing in Europe an increasing number of terrorist threats and terrorist attacks. In recent years, during 2015 and 2018 year it was carried in Europe eight major terrorist attacks. It could be said, that with the attack in Paris in November year 2015, it was begun a new era with new method's of carrying out terrorist attacks by the Islamic State. Organized terrorist attacks in Europe have been carried out by the Islamic State as some kind of revenege for attacks that has damaged Islamic State. With the wave of refugees from year 2015 onwards, the intention of attacks were also propaganda and the expansion of the Islamic State. The most frequently attacked state was France with three attacks, followed by the UK with two attacks, and Germany, Spain, Belgium with one attack.
The victims of attacks were civilians. Perpetrators of attacks were men, most of them were members Islamic faith, who wanted to spread Islam in Europe. Attacks have caused changes in the fight against terrorism. The European Union and Europol are increasing up surveilance of the external borders, and controling financial support of terrosim and preventing illegal sale of arms. States of European Union through the exchange of information nad joint action want to prevent the attacks already in preperation and planning. With awareness and high degree of surveliance, this approach is also productive, as evidenced by the annual results of the decline trend of attacks, and the prevention of these, presented in the annual report of Europol. |
