Abstract

Otroci s posebnimi potrebami so po pouku vključeni v razširjeni program, v podaljšano bivanje. Inkluzije ne more doseči samo učitelj, ki nadaljuje vzgojno-izobraževalno delo v podaljšanem bivanju. Imeti mora podporo vodstva, pomoč šolske svetovalne službe, vseh strokovnih sodelavcev in staršev. V magistrskem delu bo predstavljena organizacija dela v podaljšanem bivanju za otroke s posebnimi potrebami, ki se vključujejo v podaljšano bivanje. Preučili bomo, na kakšne način učitelji oziroma vzgojitelji, ki imajo v oddelek vključene otroke s posebnimi potrebami, udejanjajo inkluzijo. Predstavljene bodo vrste posebnih potreb pri otrocih in pogoji za uspešno inkluzijo v šoli. Namen empiričnega dela je raziskati in predstaviti vidike učiteljev podaljšanega bivanja za vključevanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami v oddelke podaljšanega bivanja. Vzorec raziskave zajema 49 osnovnih in podružničnih šol v pomurski regiji. Vsebuje vprašanja o učencih s posebnimi potrebami v podaljšanem bivanju, o prilagajanju dela za otroke s posebnimi potrebami v podaljšanem bivanju, o socialni vključenosti učencev s posebnimi potrebami ter o sodelovanju učiteljev podaljšanega bivanja s strokovnim kadrom in s starši otrok.

Secondary title: The inclusion of children with special needs in after-school care
Secondary abstract: Children with special needs are also included in the extended primary school program, the after-school care. The inclusion cannot be achieved by the after-school care teacher alone, but has to be supported by the headmaster, school advisor, all professional workers, and parents. The present paper talks about the organisation of after-school care with the inclusion of children with special needs. It discusses the ways of including children with special needs in after-school care. It also introduces different kinds of special needs and the conditions for a successful inclusion of children with special needs into school. The purpose of the empiric part is to research and present the perspectives of after-school care teachers concerning the inclusion of children with special needs into after-school care. The research sample includes 49 primary schools and subsidiary schools from the pomurje region. The questionnaire includes questions about the students with special needs in after-school care, about adjusting and adapting the work with children with special needs, about the social inclusion of children with special needs, as well as the cooperation of after-school care teachers, professional workers and parents.
