Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je bil predstaviti uporabo kroglaste uteži z ročajem kot primernega pripomočka pri treningu odbojkarjev. V uvodnem poglavju smo predstavili kondicijske sposobnosti, ki so ključne za igranje odbojke ter se posebej osredotočili na sposobnost moči. Jedro naloge predstavlja seznam vaj s kroglasto utežjo z ročajem, ki smo jih uredili po topološkem kriteriju, glede na vpliv vaje na posamezne dele telesa. Vsako vajo smo strokovno opisali, tako začetni položaj kot potek gibanja, in jo slikovno predstavili z avtorskimi fotografijami. Prikazali smo primere treh vadbenih enot s kroglasto utežjo z ročajem za članice. Pri teh smo kroglasto utežjo z ročajem uporabili za razvoj vzdržljivosti v moči, hitre moči, koordinacije, gibljivosti in ravnotežja. Omenjeni pripomoček je uporaben pri razvoju več kondicijskih sposobnosti, saj je vadba z njim učinkovita ter varna. Diplomska naloga bo zato lahko v pomoč vsem trenerjem, ki bi želeli uporabiti kroglasto utež z ročajem v svojih vadbenih enotah, prav tako pa vsem tistim, ki jih zanima izbor primernih vaj za moč s tem pripomočkom.

Secondary title: Physical performance for volleyball players with kettlebells
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this study was to present the use of kettlebell as a suitable equipment in volleyball training. In the introductory chapter, we introduced the fitness skills that are key point indicators for playing volleyball, focusing specifically on power. The core of the task is a list of exercises with a kettlebell, arranged according to the topological criterion, depending on the impact of the exercise on individual parts of the body. We have expertly described each exercise, both the starting position and the course of the movement, and pictured it with original photos. We have shown examples of three training units with a kettlebell for athletes in adults category. In these, kettlebell was used to develop strength endurance, power, coordination, agility and balance. Kettlebell is useful in developing more fitness criterias, as it is effective and safe to use. The study will therefore be able to assist all coaches who wish to use the kettlebell in their training units, as well as to all those interested in the selection of suitable strength exercises with this tool.
