Abstract

Optimizacija spletne strani je proces spreminjanja ter izboljševanja spletnih strani, zato da izboljšamo rezultate iskanj na spletnih iskalnikih ter da se naše spletno mesto čim prej in čim lažje najde na spletu. Na podlagi številnih dejavnikov iskalniki ocenijo ustreznost in berljivost spletnega mesta, preden mu dodelijo položaj ali uvrstitev na strani z rezultati iskalnika. Zato je to zelo pomemben dejavnik pri uspehu številnih podjetij, saj če te dandanes nekdo ne najde na spletu, je to skorajda enako kot, da sploh ne obstajaš. Cilj tega magistrskega dela je predstaviti problem optimizacije spletnih mest za spletne iskalnike ter prikazati, zakaj je optimizacija pomembna in kako se je lotimo. Optimizacija spletnega mesta je prikazana na primeru spletnega mesta podjetja Atriva z njihovim dovoljenjem. Najprej sem zbral teorijo o več različnih temah, kot so, kaj so prodajna spletna mesta, kako so videti dobra spletna mesta, vse o optimizaciji za iskalnike, kaj je uporabniška izkušnja, kako merimo uporabniško izkušnjo, primeri dobrih kontaktnih strani in še več. Nato sem naredil optimizacijo spletnega mesta podjetja Atriva. Najprej sem opravil nekaj meritev pred optimizacijo, nato samo optimizacijo, potem pa še nekaj meritev po optimizaciji. Nato sem predstavil rezultate, iz katerih je razvidno, da je optimizacija res zelo pomembna za spletna mesta. V petem poglavju sem pisal o svoji lastni uporabniški izkušnji na spletnem mestu Atriva. Preveril sem, kakšno je spletno mesto Atriva v primerjavi s teorijo o tem, kaj vsebuje dobro spletno mesto. Potem sem meril še uporabniško izkušnjo z uporabniškim testiranjem. To sem storil s tremi osebami, ki sem jim dal tri naloge in za vsako nalogo tri vprašanja. Zato lahko potrdim, da je uporabniška izkušnja zelo pomembna za uporabnike spletnih mest.

Secondary abstract: Website optimization is the process of modifying and refining websites to improve search engine results on search engines and to make our website easily and quickly findable. Based on many factors, search engines evaluate the relevance and readability of a site before assigning it a position or ranking on a search engine results page. Therefore, this is a very important factor in the success of many companies, because if someone does not find you online these days, it is almost the same as if you didn't exist at all. The aim of this master's thesis is to present the problem of website optimization for search engines, and to show why optimization is important and to show how to address it. Website optimization is exemplified by the website of the company Atriva, with their permission. First, I came up with theory on a number of different topics, such as: what are commercial websites, what good websites look like, all about search engine optimization, what is user experience, how do we measure user experience, examples of good contact pages, and more. Then I did an optimization of Atriva's website. First I did some measurements before optimization, then I did an optimization of the site, and then some measurements after optimization. I then presented the results to help you understand that search engine optimization is really important. In chapter five, I wrote about my own user experience on the Atriva website. I checked the Atriva website compared to the theory of what a good website contains. Then I measured the user experience through user testing. I did this with the help of three people, to whom I asked three tasks and three questions for each task. For this reason, I can confirm that user experience is very important for website users.
