Abstract
Številne raziskave potrjujejo, da prehrana v otroštvu močno vpliva na zdravstveno stanje v kasnejšem obdobju. Prehranski del raziskave Moje mleko 2 je potekal od februarja 2018 - januarja 2019, v sklopu katerega je opravljeno magistrsko delo. Delo je bilo opravljeno na Pediatrični kliniki, UKC Ljubljana. Namen magistrskega dela je ovrednotiti prehranski vnos 7-letnih otrok iz Ljubljane in okolice ter ugotoviti ali je njihova prehrana v skladu s smernicami. Skupaj je sodelovalo 81 otrok (43 dečkov in 38 deklic). Z metodama Zapis 24 urnega jedilnika preteklega dne (24PD) in Vprašalnika o pogostosti uživanja živil (VPŽ) smo pridobili podatke o njihovih prehranjevalnih navadah, energijskem vnosu in vnosu makro- in mikrohranil. Ugotovili smo, da je energijski vnos tako pri dečkih (1647,6 ± 367,8 kcal/dan), kot deklicah (1449,5 ± 349,8 kcal/dan) nižji od priporočenega, kar lahko delno pripišemo napakam poročanja. Dečki in deklice se statistično značilno razlikujejo po dnevnem energijskem vnosu (p=0,02). Delež maščob (dečki: 29,5 %; deklice: 29,8 % dnevnega energijskega vnosa) in ogljikovih hidratov v celodnevnem energijskem vnosu (dečki: 55,7 %; deklice: 56,1 % dnevnega energijskega vnosa) je bil ustrezen. Priporočen vnos beljakovin so udeleženci obeh spolov prekoračili (dečki: 58,7 ± 17,3 g/dan; deklice: 48,8± 13,7 g/dan), med njimi obstaja statistično značilna razlika (p=0,007). Vnosa soli (dečki: 5,3 ± 1,9 g/dan; deklice: 4,1 ± 2 g/dan) in prostih sladkorjev (dečki: 12,2 %; deklice: 12,7 %) pa sta bila tako pri dečkih kot deklicah glede na dopustne vrednosti prekomerna.

Early nutrition plays an important role in health throughout the adulthood. This master's thesis is a part of national project called »My Milk 2« which took place from February 2018 - January 2019 at Pediatric clinic, UKC Ljubljana. The aim was to evaluate dietary intake of 7-year old children coming from Ljubljana and it's vicinity. There were 81 participants (43 boys and 38 girls) that took part in the survey. Methods of “24-hour recall” (24PD) and Food frequency questionnaire (VPŽ) were used for dietary assesement including energy intake as well as intake of macro- and micronutrients. The average energy intake did not meet the Reference values (boys 1647,6 ± 367,8 kcal/day, girls 1449,5 ± 349,8 kcal/day), as it was too low for both boys and girls, possibly partially due to misreporting too. There was a significant difference in energy intake between boys and girls (p=0,02). Share of fat intake (boys: 29,5 %; girls: 29,8 % daily energy intake) as well as share of carbohydrates intake (boys: 55,7 %; girls: 56,1 % daily energy intake) were sufficient. Share of protein in daily energy intake was too high in both groups (boys: 58,7 ± 17,3 g/day; girls: 48,8± 13,7 g/day), there was a significant difference in protein intake between groups (p=0,02). Salt intake (boys: 5,3 ± 1,9 g/day; girls: 4,1 ± 2 g/day) and free sugar intake (dečki: 12,2 % daily energy intake; girls: 12,7 % daily energy intake) were excessive. |
