Abstract

Tema magistrskega dela izhaja iz realne potrebe po ureditvi nove avtobusne postaje v Slovenski Bistrici in prostora okoli nje. Bližina centra mesta, bližina obstoječih in predvidenih upravnih dejavnosti, poslovno-industrijske cone ter neposredna navezava na načrtovano vzhodno obvoznico so obstoječi dejavniki, ki utemeljujejo izbiro lokacije za umestitev avtobusne postaje na mestu obstoječe začasne ureditve. Urbana regeneracija območja na robu historičnega jedra Slovenske Bistrice tako poleg zasnove nove avtobusne postaje ter nanjo navezanega razvojnega stičišča obsega tudi celostno ureditev upravnega središča v obstoječih historičnih objektih, ureditev prometa, dostopov, mirujočega prometa in odprtih javnih površin.

Secondary abstract:	The subject of my master thesis stems from the real need for a new bus station and a rejuvenated surrounding area in Slovenska Bistrica. The location for the bus station, which is the same location as the current temporary arrangement, has been chosen based on multiple factors like the close proximity of the city centre, the already existing and prospective administrative activities and the direct connection to the eastern bypass. The urban regeneration of the area on the edge of the historical city centre of Slovenska Bistrica would entail not only a newly designed bus station with a connected development hub, but also full organisation of the management centre in the already existing historical structures, traffic, access, stationary traffic and open public spaces.
