Delovanje sistema zaščite in reševanja (ZiR) v občini Vrhnika s poudarkom na delovanju operativnih gasilskih enot

Abstract

V tej diplomski nalogi se bomo spoznali z organizacijo in delovanjem sistema Zaščite in reševanja v občini Vrhnika in z organiziranim delovanjem prostovoljnih gasilskih enot. Analizirali bomo sedanje stanje usposobljenosti in opremljenosti prostovoljnih gasilskih enot. Na podlagi opravljenega intervjuja in zbranih podatkov, bomo predlagali najbolj optimalno rešitev enakomernega razvoja in delovanja vseh prostovoljnih gasilskih enot v občini Vrhnika v naslednjem obdobju, pet do deset let. Zelo pomembno je tudi sodelovanje s sosednjimi gasilskimi enotami v občini Vrhnika in v sosednjih občinah, predvsem na mejnem področju.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma paper we will get acquainted with the Protection and Rescue System organization and operation as well as with the organized operations of voluntary operational firefighting units in the municipality of Vrhnika. We will analyse the current state of competence and equipment of volunteer operational firefighting units. On the basis of interviews and data collected, we will propose the most optimal solution for the uniform development and operations of all voluntary operational firefighting units in the Municipality of Vrhnika over the next five, or ten years, respectively. It is very important to cooperate with neighbouring operational firefighting units in the Municipality of Vrhnika, as well as with operational firefighting units from neighbouring municipalities. In particular, this applies to firefighting units operating in border areas, among municipalities.
