Abstract

Tema diplomskega dela je načrtovanje sortirnika krompirja. Problem pri sortiranju predstavlja sortiranje krompirja glede na sorto, velikost, bolezen, mehanske poškodbe, nedozorelost in gnilobo. Namen diplomskega dela je bil razviti in narisati model sistema za sortiranje živil v živilsko predelovalni industriji v programskem okolju Solidworks. Ideja je bila, da bi konstruirali in izdelali sistem za sortiranje krompirja z možnostjo namestitve industrijske kamere. Sortiranje bi potekalo s pomočjo premične drče, ki bi ločila krompir in ga razporedila v različne zaboje. Prototip je bil uspešno zmodeliran, potrebna je samo še izdelava. Po naših ocenah bi bila cenovno ugodna.

Secondary abstract:	The topic of my diploma thesis is the design of the potato sorter. The problem with sorting is sorting of potatoes by variety, size, disease, mechanical damage, immaturity and rot. The purpose of the diploma thesis was to develop and draw a model of a food sorting system in the food processing industry in the Solidworks software environment. The idea was to design and build a potato sorting system with the option of installing an industrial camera. Sorting would be done using a movable stalk that would separate the potatoes and arrange them in different crates. The prototype was successfully modeled, it only needs to be made. In our estimation, it would be affordable.
