Abstract

Teoretično izhodišče: Akutni miokardni infarkt in ostale pridružene bolezni v sklopu akutnega koronarnega sindroma predstavljajo globalni problem. Uporabili smo metodo anketiranja. Zajeli smo paciente (n = 65) po prebolelem akutnem miokardnem infarktu in opravljeni kardiološki rehabilitaciji, vzorec je bil priložnostni. Za prikaz in analizo podatkov smo uporabili metodo deskriptivne statistike. Rezultati: Anketiranci imajo v povprečju povišano telesno težo in indeks telesne mase. The aim of this diploma thesis was therefore to assess patients’ lifestyle changes after acute myocardial infarction rehabilitation. Descriptive statistics method was used for data analysis. Results: In average participants are overweight. They consume more healthy food, avoid unhealthy foods and drinks. More than half have quit smoking, consumption of alcohol is moderated. They have also increased the amount of physical activity. Some participants did not change their lifestyle at all. Patterns of unhealthy lifestyle habits such as smoking, alcohol consumption and physical activity reduction are still present.
