Abstract

Zaključnica je pomemben element varnostne ograje, saj preprečuje, da bi ob trku deli varnostne ograje prodrli v kabino vozila. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena zasnova konceptov zaključnice za jekleno varnostno ograjo tipa L-LIGHT H4b W4 in izdelava pripadajoče tehnične dokumentacije. Na podlagi pregleda zakonskih določil in obstoječih zaključnic smo zasnovali različne koncepte za izvedbo zaključnice z distančniki in brez njih. S pomočjo ocene možnih rešitev smo izbrali koncepta, ki najbolje izpolnjujeta dane zahteve ter zanju izdelali 3D modele, sestavni risbi in delavniške risbe na novo zasnovanih delov.

Secondary title: Designing a terminal of steel safety barrier
Secondary abstract: Terminal is an important part of a safety barrier as it prevents parts of a safety barrier from penetrating into the cabin of a vehicle during an impact. This diploma thesis discusses designing concepts of a terminal for the type L-LIGHT H4b W4 steel safety barrier and preperation of related technical documentation. Based on the review of regulations and existing terminals, we have designed different concepts of terminals for a barrier with and without distance spacers. By evaluating different possible solutions, we chose the optimal two for both concepts and created 3D models, assembly drawings and workshop drawings of the newly designed parts.
