Abstract

Gostinstvo v Sloveniji predstavlja velik del storitvenih dejavnosti. Lahko rečemo, da ni kraja, kjer ne bi obratoval vsaj en lokal z različnimi vrstami pijač. Vendar ni vsak lokal uspešen pri poslovanju. Konkurenca je velika, bistvenega pomena so lokacija lokala, vzdušje v njem, ponudba pijač, osebje itd. To so dejavniki, ki vplivajo na obisk gostov v lokalu. Ker pa smo ljudje različni, mora gostinec upoštevati želje vseh gostov, če želi biti uspešen. Povpraševanje po gostinskih obratih je vsako leto večje. Današnji način življenja nas je pripeljal do te stopnje, da iščemo trenutke miru, počitka in sproščenosti. Lokal je lahko točka, kjer dobimo vse od naštetega. Veliko poslovnežev svoje ključne sestanke organizira v lokalu ravno zaradi sproščenosti in udobja, kar pozitivno vpliva na sklepanje poslov. V prvem poglavju diplomskega dela smo opredelili področje in opisali problem raziskave, namene, cilje, hipoteze in metode raziskovanja. V drugem poglavju smo predstavili pojem marketing in njegov pomen v današnjem poslovnem okolju, njegovo uporabo v turizmu in gostinstvu ter opisali marketinška okolja. V tretjem poglavju smo opisali okolje diplomskega dela, ki se nanaša na občino Komenda. Predstavili smo dejavnike, ki vplivajo na obisk gostov v gostinskih lokalih v občini Komenda, ki smo jih kasneje analizirali v raziskavi. Na kratko smo povzeli zgodovino gostinstva v Sloveniji in ugotovili, da je današnja podoba gostinstva na občutno višji ravni kot nekoč. V četrtem poglavju smo predstavili raziskavo dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na obisk gostov v gostinskih lokalih v občini Komenda. Postavili smo tri raziskovalne hipoteze, ki so bile kasneje potrjene. Raziskavo smo izvedli s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Na koncu smo predstavili možne rešitve in izboljšave, kako bi lahko komendski gostinski lokali poslovali še bolje, glede na to, da je konkurenca za tako veliko občino kar močna.

Secondary abstract: Catering business in Slovenia is a large part of the service industry, and therefore we can safely say that there is no place where at least one place where different types of drinks are served would not operate. However, not every establishment is successful in business. The competition is big, so it is crucial where the restaurant is located, what its atmosphere is, what is the beverage offer, what is the staff, etc. These are the factors that influence the visit of the guests to the restaurant. However, because we are different people, the caterer must consider all the wishes of the guests in order to be successful. The demand for catering establishments is increasing every year. Today's way of life has brought us to the point where at every turn one seeks a moment of peace, rest, relaxation. And the place can be the point where all of the above goes. Many business people organize their key meetings locally for the sake of relaxation and convenience, which has a positive effect on business. In the first chapter of the diploma thesis we defined the field and problem of research, purposes, goals, hypotheses and research methods. In the second chapter we introduced the concept of marketing and its meaning in today's business environment. We also presented how marketing is used in tourism and catering, and described marketing environments. In the third chapter we describe the environment of the diploma thesis related to the municipality of Komenda. We have presented the factors that influence the visit of guests in catering establishments in the municipality of Komeda, which were later analyzed in the survey. We also briefly summarized the history of the hospitality industry in Slovenia and found that today's image of the hospitality industry is much higher than it used to be. In the fourth chapter we presented a survey of what factors influence the visit of guests to catering establishments in the municipality of Komenda. We put forward three research hypotheses, which were eventually confirmed. The survey was conducted with the help of a questionnaire. Finally, we outlined possible solutions and improvements to how Komen's catering could be even better, given that the competition for such a large municipality is strong.
