Abstract

Po reakciji med FeCl3·6H2O in pridin-2-onom v etanolu pri sobni temperaturi nastane suspenzija, ki smo jo filtrirali. Iz filtrata kristalizira spojina [Fe(C5H5NO)6]·[FeCl4]2·Cl. Enaka je tudi struktura nastale oborine. Sestavo in strukturo smo potrdili s CHN analizo, infrardečo spektroskopijo, rentgensko praškovno in rentgensko strukturno analizo.

Secondary abstract: A reaction of FeCl3·6H2O and the pyridin-2-one in ethanol at room temperature resulted in a suspension, which was filtered. From the filtrate crystallized the compound [Fe(C5H5NO)6]·[FeCl4]2·Cl. The content and structure of the crystals and precipitate were confirmed by CHN analysis, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray powder analysis and single crystal X-ray analysis.
