Lendava - revitalizacija mestnega jedra

Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava revitalizacijo mestnega jedra Lendave s širšim in ožjim območjem obravnave. V teoretskem delu je najprej predstavljeno in analizirano mestno jedro Lendave kot celota. Na podlagi analiz je predstavljena ideja šestih območij, ki so združene v koncept revitalizacije mestnega jedra. Urbanistični del magistrskega dela je podlaga za nadaljnjo arhitekturno obravnavano ožjega območja obravnave. Na podlagi analiz sta zasnovana dva scenarija za ureditev izbranega ožjega revitalizacijskega območja na vstopu v mestno jedro Lendave. Prvi predstavlja koncept introvertiranosti, drugi pa koncept ekstrovertiranosti. Izbrani drugi scenarij je vodilo za projektni arhitekturni del naloge. Slednji zajema načrtovanje podzemne garaže, odprtega javnega prostora v parterju in idejne zasnove treh novih objektov: hotelske stavbe, hibridne poslovne stavbe in stavbe kongresnega centra. Arhitekturna zasnova in koncept revitalizacije širšega prostora mesta Lendava prikazujeta eno izmed možnih smeri razvoja mesta, predvsem pa naslavljata razmislek o prostorskem razvoju pod Lendavskim hribovjem.

Secondary abstract:	This Master’s thesis focuses on the revitalization of Lendava town’s centre in the aspect of a larger zone and the town centre zone. The theoretical part presents the analysis of the town centre of Lendava as an integral whole. This is followed by an idea of six districts combined in the concept of the town revitalization. The urban planning part of the Master’s Thesis is the basis of the further architectural study of the town centre zone. Based on analyses, two concepts of the town centre zone development have been proposed. The first one represents the concept of introversion, the second one the concept of extroversion. The second concept was chosen as the basis of the architectural design part of the thesis. It includes the planning of an underground garage, a ground level public open space and outline plans of three new facilities: a hotel, a hybrid office building and a congress centre. The architectural concept and the concept of revitalization of the larger zone of Lendava present one of the possible directions in the perspective of the town development, and predominately reaching out for further spatial development ideas below Lendava hills.
