Primerjava anaerobne kapacitete BMX in cestnih kolesarjev na Wingate testu

Abstract

V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili BMX in cestno kolesarstvo ter njihove anaerobne značilnosti in primerjave. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela bomo predstavili in podrobno opisali test imenovani "Wingate", kjer smo testirali 20 kandidatov, in sicer 10 BMX kolesarjev in 10 cestnih kolesarjev. Izide obeh kolesarskih panog smo med seboj primerjali s programov SPSS, kjer smo primerjali moč, hitrost in vzdržljivost posameznika. Izide obeh kolesarskih panog smo med seboj primerjali. Znotraj posamezne kolesarske panoge nas je zanimala tudi starost tekmovalcev, njihova teža in višina posameznika.

Secondary abstract:	In the diploma paper we will present the BMX and road cycling, their anaerobic characteristics and comparisons. In the following graduation thesis we will present and describe in detail the test called "Wingate" where we will test 10 candidates from both cycling disciplines. Then we will compare the results of both cycling disciplines with SPSS program where we will compare power, speed and endurance. Inside the cycling discipline, however, we were also interested in the age of athletes, their weight and the height of the individual.
