Abstract

V magistrskem delu sta predstavljena manager in njegov vpliv na ustvarjalnost in inovativnost v podjetju – slednjima in njuni tesni medsebojni povezanosti se tudi podrobneje posvetimo. Preučili smo tudi management in managerja. Pri prvem smo opredelili njegove definicijo, pomen in funkcije, v zvezi z managerji pa njihove vloge in naloge, vlogo pri inovativnosti in ustvarjalnosti zaposlenih ter lastnosti uspešnih managerjev in dokazali, da je za uspešno vodenje podjetja potrebno imeti uspešnega managerja. Glede njegovega vpliva na inovativnost in ustvarjalnost zaposlenih smo ugotovili, da ima velik vpliv s svojo komunikacijo, vzgledi, vrednotami in pozornostjo, ki jo namenja zaposlenim. S svojimi dejanji in odnosom vpliva na njihovo počutje in samozavest, da postanejo bolj odprti in začnejo razmišljati ustvarjalno in inovativno. Preučujemo tudi ustvarjalno vodenje in motivacijo, pri čemer ugotavljamo, da ustvarjalni managerji spodbujajo pozitivno miselnost, sposobni so gledati na stvari na nove načine in reševati težave, ko vidijo stvari, ki jih drugi ne, in znajo iz problema izluščiti tudi nekaj dobrega. Predstavili in opisali smo stile vodenja in pri tem ugotovili, da je transformacijsko vodenje tisto, ki je ustrezno za managerje, ki hočejo pri zaposlenih vzpodbuditi in povečati ustvarjalno in inovativno razmišljanje. Pri tem stilu vodenja je manager vizionar. Preučili smo še avtokratski, transakcijski in »laissez-faire« ali liberalni stil vodenja. V magistrskem delu obravnavamo tudi temo nagrajevanja zaposlenih kot motivacijski dejavnik za ustvarjalnost in inovativnost zaposlenih. Pri tem smo ugotovili, da so zelo pomembni predvsem nematerialni dejavniki, kot so priznanja in pohvale za odlično opravljeno delo, urejeno delovno okolje in dobri medsebojni odnosi s sodelavci, obveščanje zaposlenih, raznoliko in z izzivi napolnjeno delo, napredovanje in osebnostna rast, zanesljivost in stalnost zaposlitve, sodelovanje in načrtovanje ciljev podjetja. V praktičnem delu smo na primeru podjetja Donar, d. o. o., ki ima vpeljan šesturni delovnik, raziskovali vpliv managerja na ustvarjalnost in inovativnost zaposlenih. Tako smo podrobno preučili stil komuniciranja z zaposlenimi, trend plač, delovno okolje in organizacijsko klimo. Nadalje ugotavljamo, da je izobraževanje pomembno za razvoj novih idej, raziščemo, kako vodilni ocenjujejo uspešnost zaposlenih, kakšnih nagrad so ti deležni in kako šesturni delovnik vpliva na ustvarjalnost in inovativnost zaposlenih, pri čemer smo izvedeli, da je ta zelo dobro sprejet, saj so zaposleni zelo zadovoljni, ker imajo več časa za družino, zase in svoje konjičke. Pri delu so bolj motivirani in po oceni direktorja podjetja v šestih urah naredijo toliko kot bi v osmih.

Secondary abstract: The Master's thesis is presented by the manager and its impact on creativity and innovation in enterprises. Innovation, creativity and the link between creativity and innovation are more detailed. It has been found that creativity is closely linked to innovation. We also studied management and manager. At management, we defined the definition of management, meaning and function. At management, however, the roles and tasks of management, their role in the innovation and creativity of employees, the qualities of the successful management and proved that the successful management of the company needed to have a successful manager. In the influence of manager on innovation and the creativity of employees, we found that it has a significant impact with its communication, progress, values and attention that it pays to employees. With its actions and attitudes affect the well-being and self-esteem of employees to become more open and start thinking creative and innovative. We also study creative leadership and motivation in the master thesis mission. In doing so, we find that creative management promotes positive mentality, able to look at things in new ways and solve problems when they see things that others do not see, and they also make some good out of the problem. We also presented and described the styles of leadership and found that transformational leadership is the one that is appropriate for management, who want to encourage employees to stimulate and enhance creative and innovative thinking. In this style of leadership is management visionary. The rest of the styles that we have studied are even the autocrat style, transaction and laissez-faire or liberal leadership style. In the thesis we also treat the topic of rewarding employees as a motivational factor for the creativity and innovation of employees. In doing so, we found that intangible factors such as recognition and praise for excellent work, orderly working environment and good interaction with colleagues, informing employees, diverse and with challenges filled work, progression and personality growth, reliability and continuity of employment, cooperation and planning of the company's goals are very important for the creativity and innovation of employees. In practical work we are on the case of Donar d.o.o., who has initiated six-hour workers to study. The influence of the manager on creativity and innovativeness of employees. So we examined in detail the style of communication with employees, wage trend, work environment and organisational climate. We further find that education is important for the development of new ideas, explore how the employees ' performance is assessed, what rewards are employed and how the six-hour workday affects the creativity and innovation of employees. In doing so, we find that the six-hour workday is very well accepted that employees are very happy because they have more time for their family and for their hobbies. At work they are more motivated and, according to the company's director, they do as much as they would in eight hours in six hours. In the master's thesis, we take you from innovation, creativity to the manager, leadership styles for employee remuneration, and access to the company Donar d.o.o., where we study the impact of the manager on Creativity and innovation in the selected company.
