Secondary abstract: | 3-Methoxy-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid is a central part of the natural product Cephalandol C. Peptide bond connects the indole molecule with anthranilic acid, on the other side ether function group connects the indole with the molecule of α-D-glucose. The goal of this diploma thesis was to synthesize Cephalandol C molecule from the pre-synthesized structural components described above. |
