Abstract

Ocenjevanje in povratne informacije o delu mentorja so potrebne za spremljanje napredka dijaka in stopnje usposobljenosti, usvojenega znanja in veščin ter odnosa, zato se od mentorjev pričakuje, da bodo usposobljeni za spremljanje, ocenjevanje, oblikovanje in posredovanje povratnih informacij.
