Abstract

Namen magistrske naloge je predstaviti postopek oblaganja na nosilca iz nerjavnega medicinskega jekla AISI 316LVM in na zlitino Ti90Al6V4, kot modelov za kolčne proteze. Z uporabo dveh naprednih tehnik na področju biomedicinskega inženirstva, elektropredenjem in 3D-tiskanjem, smo funkcionalizirali nosilce z biokompatibilnimi prevlekami z vgrajeno zdravilno učinkovino (ZU) klindamicin.

Secondary abstract: This work presents the preparation of coatings on medical grade steel AISI 316LVM and Ti90Al6V4 alloy substrates, which serve as model hip implants. By using two state-of-the-art techniques in biomedical engineering, namely electrospinning and 3D-printing, both substrates were functionalized with biocompatibile coatings and incorporated with the antibacterial drug, clindamycin.
