Abstract

Diplomsko delo naslavlja problem nadzora kakovosti izdelave elektromotorjev namenjenih avtomobilski industriji. Diplomsko delo demonstrira uporabo analize merilnega sistema na napravi za električne meritve statorja nove vrste trifaznega elektromotorja, ki se ga izdeluje na novi montažni liniji, na kateri še ni redne proizvodnje. Namen diplomskega dela je dokazati ustreznost merilnega sistema v napravi za električne meritve statorja za merjenje upornosti in induktivnosti statorjev. Ti dve veličini sta zelo pomembni za zanesljivo delovanje elektromotorjev v avtomobilski industriji. V diplomskem delu smo z uporabo analiz merilnega sistema tipa 1 in tipa 3 preverili ustreznost merilnega sistema naprave za električne meritve statorja za merjenje upornosti in induktivnosti statorjev in izdelali ustrezna poročila. S tem se želimo izogniti proizvodnji izdelkov, ki ne ustrezajo zahtevam kupca. Izdelana poročila potrjujejo ustreznost merilnega sistema, ki je vgrajen na montažno linijo, za merjenje upornosti ter induktivnosti statorja. Zaupanje v rezultate meritev, ki jih dobimo iz merilne naprave, je ključno za analizo podatkov pridobljenih iz naprave ter sprotno odkrivanje napak in nekakovostnih izdelkov, še preden ti dosežejo kupca ali se vgradijo v kompleksnejši sistem.

Secondary abstract: The thesis elaborates on a topic of qualitycontrol of electric-motors manufacturing for the automotive industry. In the thesis, we discuss measurement system analysis type one and three made on the device for electrical measurements of the stator on the line of a new type of electric motor. There is currently no regular production on this assembly line. The purpose of the thesis is to prove the accuracy of the measurements of resistance and inductivity made on the device for electrical measurements of the stator on the line of a new type of electric motor. The thesis presents measurement system analysis type one and three reports on the stator electrical measurement system. The stator electrical measurements system measures the resistance and inductance of the stator. The reports of measuring system analysis type one and three provide the relevance of the measuring system for measuring the resistance and inductance of the stators. The goal of measureent system analysis is to avoid the production of products that do not meet customer requirements. As part of the thesis, the measuring systems analysis type one and three reports show that the measuring system installed on the assembly line is suitable for measuring the resistance and inductance of the stator, so we can trust the data that the device displays. It is crucial to know the reliability of data which is obtained from the device to be able to analyze the data.
