Secondary abstract: | Quality gas flow measurements of technical and medical gases are very important in numerous fields within science and technology. In thesis we are dealing with gravimetric gas flow principle and developing of a measurement system. Making of a CAD model and developing of in house made or commercially available components is presented. In second part control software was developed using Labview. The comparison measurements with current measuring standard with critical flow nozzles were made in flow range between 10 and 400 mg/s. |
