Abstract
V magistrskem delu z naslovom »Ravnanje z zaposlenimi v podjetju Mali-E-Tiko, d. o. o.«, smo raziskovali, kako v podjetju motivirajo zaposlene, ali nadrejeni delajo razlike med zaposlenimi ter kako temperament vpliva na delovno uspešnost v podjetju. V teoretičnih osnovah smo predstavili osnove ravnanj z zaposlenimi, kot so medsebojni odnosi, motiviranje zaposlenih, redne letne razgovore ter kako ravnati, ko pride do stresa na delovnem mestu. S pomočjo raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli v podjetju z anketnim vprašalnikom, smo ugotovili, da so zaposleni zadovoljni s svojim delovnim mestom, imajo pozitivno mnenje o svojih nadrejenih in so v večini zadovoljni z motivacijskimi metodami, ki se jih v podjetju poslužujejo. Vodje na delovnem mestu ne delajo razlik med zaposlenimi ne glede na čas zaposlitve v podjetju niti glede na spol zaposlenih. V podjetju prav tako ni prevladujočega temperamenta, kar nakazuje, da tudi pri samem procesu zaposlitve ne gledajo na to, kakšnega značaja je zaposleni, in ne delajo razlik pri osebnostnih lastnostih. Glede na raznolikost temperamentov v podjetju ne morejo ustvariti nekega motivacijskega modela za vse zaposlene, saj je vsak temperament motiviran na drugačen način. Ne nazadnje pa je le vsak posameznik edinstven in ima vsak svoj način motivacije.

Secondary abstract: |
This master's thesis, titled Human Resource management in the company Mali-E-Tiko, d. o. o., studies how the company motivates the employees, whether the superiors discriminate between the employees and how temperament affects work efficiency in the company. We presented the basics of treatment of employees, such as interpersonal relationships, employee motivation, regular yearly interviews and the ways of approaching stress at the workplace. With the help of the study, carried out in the company with a survey, we determined that the employees are satisfied with their workplace, they have a positive opinion about their superiors and they are mostly satisfied with the motivational methods, used in the company. The superiors do not discriminate between the employees, regardless of the employment period or the gender of the employees. There is no prevailing temperament in the company, which indicates that no special attention is paid to the employees' character during the recruitment process and that the employees are not discriminated due to different personal traits. Considering the diversity of the temperaments, the company cannot create a motivational model that would address all employees, since every temperament is motivated differently. Nonetheless, every individual is unique and has their own way of motivation. |
