Konstruiranje pohištva iz lesenih palet

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali lesene palete in standarde za palete EPAL. Predstavljen je postopek izdelave lesenih palet. V smislu krožnega gospodarstva, ki temelji na konceptu pozitivnega snovnega kroga, ki se usmerja v ponovno uporabo, popravilo in recikliranje obstoječih materialov in izdelkov, je bil izveden pregled izdelave pohištva iz lesenih palet. Izvedli smo anketo in ugotovili poznavanje kupcev o pohištvu iz lesenih palet. Oblikovali, konstruirali in izdelali smo klubsko mizo. Po končani izdelavi smo mizo testirali po standardu SIST EN 12521:2016 Pohištvo - Trdnost, trajnost in varnost - Zahteve za mize za domačo uporabo (Furniture - Strenght, durability and safety - Requirements for domestic tables) in ugotovili, da ustreza vsem potrebnim zahtevam za postavitev na trg. Menimo, da bi bila klubska miza zanimiva za prodajo, saj nismo zasledili podobnih izdelkov na slovenskem trgu.

Secondary abstract:	We discuss wooden pallets and the EPAL pallet standards in this thesis. The procedure of making wooden pallets is also presented. According to the circular economy, which aims at reusing, sharing, repairing, remanufacturing and recycling to create a closed-loop system, an inspection of wood pallet furniture manufacture was carried out. We conducted a survey to find out how familiar customers are with the wood pallet furniture. We designed, constructed and manufactured a coffee table. The finished table was tested by the SIST EN 12521:2016 standard Furniture - Strength, durability and safety - Requirements for domestic tables. The table meets all the necessary requirements and it can be put on the market. Since there are no similar products available on he Slovenian market we believe this coffee table would be of great interest for further sale.
