Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo skušali ugotoviti, kako so zaposleni v podjetju LOTRIČ Meroslovje d. o. o., enota v Selcah, zadovoljni z obstoječimi izobraževanji, zakaj se ne udeležujejo izobraževanj, kaj jih motivira k udeležbi na izobraževanjih in katera so tista izobraževanja, ki bi se jih zaposleni z veseljem udeležili. Cilj vsake organizacije je motivirati svoje zaposlene, ki bodo z izobraževanjem doprinesli k izboljšanju poslovanja podjetja in tudi k osebnemu razvoju ter razvoju posameznikove motivacije. Za zbiranje podatkov in ugotavljanje obstoječega stanja smo uporabili metodo spletnega anketiranja. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da so anketiranci pozitivno naravnani do izobraževanj. Večina anketiranih je zadovoljna z obstoječimi načini in njihovo ponudbo. Neustrezne vsebine izobraževanj in pomanjkanje časa so glavne ovire pri udeležbi na izobraževanjih. Sodelujoči so v raziskavi potrdili, da je izpopolnjevanje samega sebe zelo močan dejavnik motivacije za izobraževanje. Med anketiranci iz raziskovanega podjetja je prisotna želja po pridobivanju novih znanj in kompetenc. Zaposleni se strinjajo s trditvijo, da izobraženi zaposleni dvigujejo kulturo in konkurenčnost podjetja. Ugotovili smo tudi, da si poleg strokovnih vsebin, želijo tudi drugačnih, neformalnih izobraževanj, ki niso povezana s službo. Želijo si vsebin predvsem s področja osebne rasti, meditacije in informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije.

Secondary abstract: In this degree we tried to find out how the employees of LOTRIČ Meroslovje d. o. o, unit in Selca, are satisfied with the existing trainings, why they do not attend the trainings, what motivates them to attend the trainings and what are the trainings which employees would gladly attend. The goal of each organization is to motivate their employees, who will contribute to improving the business of the company through education and consequently the personal development and development of the individual's motivation. We used an online survey method to collect data and determine the current situation. In research we found out that the respondents have a positive set about their education. In majority, they are satisfied with the existing training methods and offerings. Unsuitable training content and lack of time are two major barriers for participation in training. Participants in the research confirmed that perfecting oneself is a very powerful factor in motivation for education. Respondents in the research have a desire to acquire new knowledge and competences. Employees agree that educated employees raise the culture and competitiveness of the company. We have also found out that the employees want besides professional contents, different, a non-formal education which is non-job related. They want contents mainly in the fields of personal growth, meditation and information communication technology.
