Abstract
Posameznikova premičnost je osnova za sposobnost opravljanja osnovnih in razširjenih dnevnih opravil. Časovno merjeni test vstani in pojdi (angl.: Timed Up and Go Test – TUG) ni osredotočen na neodvisne učinke okvare posameznih organov, kot sta zmanjšana mišična zmogljivost, slabše ravnotežje in drugo, temveč meri vzajemno delovanje teh dejavnikov pri izvedbi vsakodnevnih opravil. Je poceni, preprosta, lahko in hitro izvedljiva široko uporabna klinična izvedbena mera funkcije spodnjih udov, premičnosti in ocene tveganja za pojavnost padcev s sprejemljivimi merskimi lastnostmi.

Mobility is a fundamental part of both basic activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living. Timed up and go test (TUG) does not focus on independent effects of organ impairments, such as low muscle strength, decreased balance and other co impairments, but measures the interaction of these factors on the performance of activities of daily living. TUG is a cheap, simple, and quick and widely used clinical performance-based measure of lower extremity function, mobility and fall risk with acceptable metric characteristics. |
