Abstract

Namen obravnavane diplomske naloge je zasnovati in izdelati kontrolno pripravo, ki služi za kontrolo dimenzij togo vpetega brizganega obroča kot sestavni del avtomobilskega žarometa. Priprava je bila zasnovana glede na zahteve naročnika, izvedljivost izdelave, finančno upravičenost in funkcionalnost kontrolne priprave. Potrebni aluminijasti deli priprave so bili izdelani na CNC vertikalnem stroju, ostali deli pa naknadno naročeni pri dobaviteljih. Z vsemi zbranimi sestavnimi deli smo sestavili zasnovano kontrolno pripravo, ki smo ji pred uporabo nivelirali podpore. S pripravljeno kontrolno pripravo smo na koordinatnem merilnem stroju med sabo primerjali dobljene rezultate kontroliranih obročev s pomočjo statističnega nadzora procesa - SPC, pri katerem smo ugotavljali stabilnost, sposobnost in pojave nepravilnosti procesa. Rezultati primerjav kontrol so pokazali funkcionalnost in uporabnost kontrolne priprave.

Secondary title: Production of a control device for controlling dimensions of injected molded rings
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma thesis is to design and produce a control device that is used to control the dimensions of a rigidly clamped injected molded ring as a part of a car headlight. The preparation was designed according to the requirements of the client, as well as the feasibility of manufacture, financial viability and functionality of the control device. The required aluminum parts of the device were made on a vertical CNC machine, the rest of the parts were ordered from suppliers afterwards. With all the components collected we put together the designed control device, which we leveled the supports before using. With the prepared control device the results of controlling rings were compared on the coordinate measuring machine with the help of statistical process control - SPC, in which stability, ability and occurrence of process irregularities were determined. Comparison of controls results showed functionality and usefulness of the control device.
