Abstract
Diplomska naloga opisuje področje sledenja očem in predstavi možnosti njegove praktične uporabe pri analizi privlačnosti in učinkovitosti uporabniških vmesnikov. Premike zrkla zaznava računalniška kamera, ki z metodami računalniškega vida in modeli strojnega učenja, uspe določiti točko pogleda na zaslonu. Diplomska naloga opisuje način, ki na podlagi točke pogleda ustvari toplotno karto zaslona, ki ima lahko več primerov uporabe. Na primer analiziranje uporabniških vmesnikov, uporablja pa se tudi pri oglaševanju in v nekaterih industrijskih panogah.

Secondary abstract: |
In this thesis, I briefly present eye tracking methodologies and their practical usage, with focus on analyzing user interfaces. The eye movements are detected by a regular RGB computer camera. The input is then processed by computer vision and machine learning algorithms to determine the point on the screen, at which the user is looking. This thesis also describes the generation of a heat map, which can be used in many scenarios, like analyzing user interfaces or advertisement. |
