Abstract

V avgustu 2012 so v podjetju GGP, Gozdno gospodarstvo Postojna d. o. o. nabavili nov gozdarski zgibnik Woody 140. Z uvedbo novega traktorja v proizvodni proces spravila lesa se je pojavila potreba po novih podatkih, s katerimi bi ugotovili uporabnost tega traktorja ter njegovo učinkovitost pri delu. Terenske meritve so bile opravljene v avgustu in septembru 2013 na območju Praprotne Drage v GGE Leskova dolina. Posnetih je bilo 90 ciklov, od tega 44 ciklov vlačenja navzgor, 22 ciklov vlačenja navzdol in 24 ciklov vlačenja po ravnem. Pri snemanju je bila uporabljena kronometrična ničelna metoda merjenja časov. Na terenu so bile posnete dolžine in nakloni vseh vlak. S strukturo delovnika je bil ugotovljen delež produktivnega časa, ki predstavlja 84 %, delež neproduktivnega pa 16 % celotnega delovnega casa. Iz izračunanih normativov za zbiranje in rampanje ter vlačenje lesa je ugotovljeno, da je Woody 140 primernejši za delo na območju jelovo-bukovih gozdov visokega krasa od njegovega predhodnika Woody 110. Za Woody 140 so izračunani tudi dnevni učinki za vse tri kategorije vlačenja lesa.

Secondary abstract: GGP, Gozdno gospodarstvo Postojna d. o. o. had bought new forest skidder Woody140 in August 2012. With this purchase need for new data which would determine machines usefulness and effectiveness, was shown. Measurements in field were made in the area of Praprotna Draga at GGE Leskova dolina in Augustand September 2013. 90 cycles were made - 44 cycles up, 22 cycles down and 24 cycles on flat area. A snap - back method of time measuring was used while recording. Length and slope of the terrain was also recorded. Observing worker at work we determined he works effectively 84% of his working time. From all data collected we determined that Wody 140 is more suitable for work in our forests than his predecessor - Wody 110. Daily efficiency for Wody 140 for all 3 categories was also calculated.
