Abstract

V nalogi raziskujemo vpliv, ki ga imajo socialna omrežja na delovanje organizacij. Skozi definicijo razmejujemo med družabnimi in družbenimi omrežji ter se osredotočamo na spletna socialna omrežja, tipe njihove pojavnosti ter pomen, ki ga imajo za družbo. Fenomen spletnih socialnih omrežij prikazujemo z opisom njihovega razvoja v svetu in v Sloveniji. Posebno pozornost pa posvečamo pomenu uporabe spletnih socialnih omrežij v organizacijah. Zanimajo nas predvsem obseg in področja uporabe ter razlogi, ki so globalno uporabo spletnih socialnih omrežij vnesli v delovanje organizacij. V nalogi prikazujemo pozitivne vplive, ki jih imajo spletna socialna omrežja na delovanje neke organizacije, kot so interaktivnost, neodvisnost od lokacije in časa ter globalni doseg informacij, številne možnosti interakcije z uporabniki, ciljno oglaševanje, nizki stroški ter upravljanje z oglaševalsko akcijo v realnem času. Opredelimo pa tudi negativne vplive spletnih socialnih omrežij na delovanje oganizacije. Poseben poudarek namenjamo verigam socialnega vpliva in virusnem komuniciranju ter odzivnosti in kadrovski uposobljenosti organizacije. Predstavimo tudi rešitve, ki tveganja negativnih vplivov lahko omejijo ali jih celo izničijo.

Secondary abstract: The research is focused on the impact that social networks have on the functioning of organizations. By definition, we distinguish between diferent terms of social networks and focus on online social networks, the types of their occurrence and the importance they have for society. We present the phenomenon of online social networks with a description of their development in the world and in Slovenia. Particular attention is paid to the importance of using online social networks in organizations. We are particularly interested in the scope and fields of application and in reasons that have made the global use of online social networks a reality for organizations. We present the positive impacts that online social networks have on the performance of an organization. We also suggest solutions that can limit or even eliminate the risks of negative impacts. effects that online social networks have on an organization's performance, such as interactivity, location and time independence, and global reach of information, numerous user interaction options, targeted advertising, low cost, and real-time campaign management. We also identify the negative impacts of online social networks on the functioning of the organization. Particular emphasis is placed on social impact chains and viral communication, as well as the organization's responsiveness and human resources. We also suggest solutions that can limit or even eliminate the risks of negative impacts.
