Abstract
Izdelali smo načrt za Klinarjevo gozdno posest (44 ha), ki leži v vasi Plavški Rovt v Zgornjesavski dolini. Po pogovoru z lastnikom smo oblikovali dolgoročne gozdnogospodarske cilje. Glede na preteklo gospodarjenje, trenutno stanje gozdnih sestojev in gozdnogospodarske cilje smo predvideli tri različice gospodarjenja: 1) delo kot do sedaj, 2) pospeševanje macesna (Larix decidua Mill.) in 3) izboljšanje odprtosti z gradnjo manjkajočih gozdnih vlak. Aktualizirali smo sestojno karto. Posest smo razdelili na 3 načrtovalne in 32 negovalnih enot. Za vsako različico smo izdelali gozdnogojitveni načrt in izračunali čisti donos v desetih letih. Ta je predstavljal razliko med prihodki od prodaje lesa in stroški gospodarjenja (sečnja, spravilo, nega, izdelava drv, gradnja in vzdrževanje gozdnih vlak ter fiskalne obremenitve lastnika). Različici 2 in 3 sta se za 10-letno obdobje izkazali kot manj donosni, saj se prihodki povečajo za 12 in 28 %, stroški pa za 13 in 33 %. Ocenjujemo, da je pozitiven učinek različic 2 in 3 predvsem dolgoročen. Ob predpostavki, da lastnik vsa dela opravi sam, se izračunane letne rente gibljejo med 8292 EUR in 10524 EUR.

Management plan for Klinar forest property (44 ha) located in Plavški Rovt, Upper Sava Valley, was made. After speaking to the owner, we determined the long-term forest management objectives. Considering past management practices, current state of forest stands and management objectives, we determined 3 different management scenarios: 1) Bussiness-As-Usual (BAU); 2) the promotion of larch (Larix decidua Mill.); and 3) the construction of skidding trails needed for optimal openness of forest. Forest stand map was actualized. We divided forests into 3 planning and 32 tending units. A silvicultural plan and economic evaluation were made for each scenario. The net revenue was calculated as the difference between the income from wood selling and management costs (felling, skidding, tending, firewood production, construction and maintenance of skidding trails and fiscal expenses). The alternative scenarios resulted in lower net revenue in the next 10 years; the income increased by 12 and 28 %, respectively, but the costs increased by 13 and 33 %, respectively. We estimate that the alternative scenarios outperform BAU on a long-run. Assuming that the owner does the work in a forest by himself, annual net revenue from 8292 EUR (BAU) to 10524 EUR (optimal openness of a forest) can be expected. |
