diplomsko delo
Abstract
Tema diplomskega dela je bila analiza ustreznosti nadzora procesa izdelave prirobnice. Namen diplomskega dela je bilo primerjati merjenje s klasičnimi merilnimi instrumenti in trikoordinatno merilno napravo ter ugotoviti, do kako velikih odstopanj prihaja med samim merjenjem. Praktični del naloge smo opravili v podjetju, kjer smo med izdelavo in po končni izdelavi merili s klasičnimi merilnimi postopki, ter v laboratoriju za tehnološke meritve na Fakulteti za strojništvo v Mariboru, kjer smo meritve opravili na trikoordinatni merilni napravi.
Ugotovili smo, da lahko v manjših proizvodnjah, kjer nimamo pretirano zahtevnih obdelovancev, z manjšimi koraki, kot so: večkratna samokontrola delavca, skrb za čistočo, primerno rokovanje z merilnim orodjem, redni nadzor kontrolorja, veliko pripomoremo k boljši kakovosti merjenja ter posledično zmanjšamo reklamacije.
Za zahtevnejše proizvodnje pa veljajo še dodatne izboljšave, kot so: izboljšana točnost merilnih postopkov s kakovostnejšim merilnim orodjem, različne namenske merilne naprave ter trikoordinatne merilne naprave.

Secondary abstract: |
Theme of this research is analyzing relevance of inspection during manufacturing of a flange.
Purpose of the thesis is comparison between measurements performed with classic measuring tools and with 3D measuring machine, as well as establishing measurement deviations. One part of experiment was done in our company, where measurements with classic measuring tools were performed between and after machining. The second part - measurements with 3D measuring machine, was done at the Faculty of mechanical engineering in Maribor.
In smaller productions, where tolerances are not very tight, we can essentially rise measurement quality and reduce reclamations by applying more frequent operator self-control, cleanliness, careful handling with measuring tools and with regular independent inspections by quality control staff.
For more demanding production, it is necessary to improve accuracy of measurement procedures by using calibrated manual measurement tools in combination with advanced measurement tools like 3D measuring machines. |
