Abstract
V podjetju je bilo potrebno izdelati čistilno napravo za čiščenje odpadnih industrijskih vod, ki bo zagotavljala, da prečiščene vode ustrezajo kriterijem za izpust v kanalizacijsko omrežje. Najpomembnejši parameter, ki ga mora sistem zagotoviti je ph raztopine. Poleg ph-ja je potrebno meriti volumen in pretok raztopine skozi cisterno, ki sem ga meril z ultra zvočnim senzorjem. Glavna kriterija pri izbiri komponent sta bila zanesljivost in cena. Oddaljen nadzor in upravljanje sem izvedel preko Blynk platforme. V testnem obdobju se je izkazalo, da čistilna naprava zagotavlja primerno čisto odpadno vodo. Za znižanje števila zastojev pa je potrebno zamenjati tip pretočne črpalke.

The company had to build an industrial wastewater treatment plant to ensure that the treated water met the criteria for discharge into the sewerage system The most important parameter the system has to provide is the pH of the solution. In addition to the pH value, it is necessary to measure the volume and flow of the solution through the tank, for which I used an ultrasonic sensor. The main criteria for the selection of the components were reliability and price. We implemented remote control and management using the Blynk platform. During the trial period it was shown that the treatment plant provides sufficient clean treated water. However, to further improve the reliability of the system, the flow pump type must be replaced. |
