diplomsko delo
Abstract

Effect of process parameters on quality of galvanic treatment |
Secondary abstract: |
Electrochemical galvanization is composed of four processes at the microscopic level: charge transfer, mass transport, chemical reactions and crystallization. There are many input galvanization parameters, with the most important being electric current, voltage, time and concentrations of substances in the solution. This thesis studies the effects of the concentrations of zinc, sodium hydroxide and nickel on the properties of the galvanic layer of zinc-nickel. The efficiency of the galvanization process is also determined. These effects are studied with the help of experimental work in the laboratory and with statistical analysis of data gained from the laboratory and production. |
