Abstract

V izbranem podjetju interno komuniciranje deluje kot temeljno orodje za doseganje ciljev podjetja. Komuniciranje z zaposlenimi poteka v skladu s hierarhijo izbranega podjetja. Temelji namen pričujoče magistrske naloge je bil preučiti pomen in vlogo internega poslovnega komuniciranja v izbranem podjetju na tehnološkem področju ter na osnovi rezultatov raziskave podati predloge za izboljšanje internega komuniciranja v tem podjetju. Anketirani zaposleni v izbranem podjetju so najbolj zadovoljni s stalnostjo svoje zaposlitve. Raziskava je pokazala, da anketirani zaposleni v izbranem podjetju s sodelavci in z nadrejenim najpogosteje komunicirajo osebno, starost in izobrazba zaposlenih pa nimata statistično pomembnega vpliva na uporabo komunikacijskega kanala, ki ga uporablja vodstvo podjetja. Anketirani zaposleni v izbranem podjetju bolje ocenjujejo komuniciranje z vodstvom podjetja kot z ostalimi zaposlenimi v podjetju, med zadovoljstvom z internim poslovnim komuniciranjem z vodstvom izbranega podjetja in zadovoljstvom zaposlenih z njihovim delom obstaja statistično pomembna pozitivna povezanost. Na podlagi rezultatov raziskave smo predstavili svoje predloge izboljšav na področju internega poslovnega komuniciranja ter podali priporočila za nadaljnje raziskovanje. Pri tem imamo v mislih predvsem nove raziskave na tem področju, ki bi se periodično izvajale, s tem pa bi ugotavljali, ali se je interno poslovno komuniciranje v izbranem podjetju pozitivno ali negativno spremenilo ali pa je ostalo nespremenjeno.

Secondary abstract: The surveyed organization uses internal communication as a tool for achieving organizational goals. Communication with employees takes place through the organizational hierarchy. The main purpose of the master's thesis was to examine the importance and role of internal communication in an organization in the field of technology and to offer suggestions for improving internal communication in the organization on the basis of survey findings. The surveyed employees were the most satisfied with job security. We also found that employees mostly communicated with their colleagues and superiors in person and that the age and education of the employees did not have a statistically significant effect on the use of communication channels on the part of management. Employees ranked communication with management higher than communication with colleagues. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between satisfaction with internal communication and the management of the organization, as well as between employee satisfaction and their work. Based on the survey findings, we then present proposals for improving internal communication and offer suggestions for further research. We suggest that research be carried out periodically to determine whether internal communication in the organization has changed for the positive or the negative or has remained unchanged.
