Abstract

V zaključnem delu smo predstavili kako učinkovita je vedenjsko-kognitivna terapija pri otrocih in mladostnikih s hiperkinetično motnjo ter vlogo medicinske sestre. Uporabili smo sistematičen pregled literature. Izvedli smo pregled, analizo in sintezo strokovne domače in tuje literature ter interpretacijo znanstvenih virov s področja vedenjsko-kognitivne terapije ter hiperkinetične motnje pri otrocih/mladostnikih. Uporabili smo deskriptivno raziskovalno metodo dela. Podatke smo obdelali s kvalitativno vsebinsko analizo. Ugotovili smo, da je uporaba vedenjsko-kognitivne terapije učinkovita, saj pomaga otrokom in mladostnikom s hiperkinetično motnjo na način, da zmanjšuje njihove nezaželene simptome in znake ter izboljša njihovo celostno funkcioniranje. Pomembna je tudi vloga medicinskih sester ter znanje nekaterih tehnik vedenjsko-kognitivne terapije, ki se jih lahko vključi v zdravstveno obravnavo otrok/mladostnikov. Hiperkinetična motnja je postala vedno bolj razširjena med otroci in mladostniki, zato je pomembno vključevanje raznih terapij in tehnik zdravljenja. Vedenjsko-kognitivna terapija je ena izmed metod, ki bi se lahko še dodatno raziskala in pomagala pri obravnavi otrok/mladostnikov s hiperkinetično motnjo. V tujini, za razliko od Slovenije, medicinske sestre delujejo tudi na področju preventive z namenom zgodnjega odkrivanja preučevane motnje.

Secondary abstract: In thesis we have presented the effectiveness of behavioral-cognitive therapy in children and adolescents with hyperkinetic disorder and the role of the nurse. In the thesis, we used literature review. We conducted a review, analysis and synthesis of professional domestic and foreign literature and interpretation of scientific resources in the field of behavioral-cognitive therapy and hyperkinetic disorders in children / adolescents. We used a descriptive research method of work. Data were processed by qualitative content analysis. We have found that the use of behavioral-cognitive therapy is effective because it helps children and adolescents with hyperkinetic disorders in a way that reduces their unwanted symptoms and signs and improves their overall functioning. The role of nurses is also important, as is the knowledge of some behavioral-cognitive therapy techniques that may be involved in the treatment of children / adolescents. We have found that the use of behavioral-cognitive therapy is effective because it helps children and adolescents with hyperkinetic disorders in a way that reduces their unwanted symptoms and signs and improves their overall functioning. The role of nurses is also important, as is the knowledge of some behavioral-cognitive therapy techniques that may be involved in the treatment of children / adolescents.
