Abstract

Z vedno ostrejšo konkurenco na trgu, prihodom digitalizacije in hitrega načina življenja, morajo temu tempu slediti tudi organizacije oz. podjetja. Nekatere temu tempu sledijo uspešnejše kot druge. V magistrskem delu se osredotočimo na osnovni pojem nabave, kaj torej sploh nabava je in kakšen je njen strateški pomen v podjetju. Razčlenimo strukturno organiziranost nabavne funkcije na dejavnike organiziranja nabave, njene organizacijske oblike poslovanja ter dejavnike odločanja o organizacijski obliki. Poglobimo se v sam nabavni proces, kjer razčlenimo, kako le-ta poteka ter katere nabavne strategije uporabljajo zaposleni v nabavnem oddelku. Na koncu se dotaknemo še elektronskega poslovanja ter predstavimo njegove prednosti in slabosti za podjetje. V praktičnem delu predstavimo podjetje Talum, d.d., in njegovo zgodovino. Osredotočimo se tudi na zastavljeno vizijo in vrednote podjetja. V nadaljevanju predstavimo naš pogled na portal za dobavitelje oz. EDI izmenjavo podatkov ter vizijo, kako bi to uvedli v podjetju. To idejo bomo z anketo med obstoječimi dobavitelji podjetja tudi preverili, da ugotovimo ali je uvedba takšne oblike poslovanja sploh smiselna.

Secondary abstract: With increasingly fierce market competition the advent of digitalization and fast-paced lifestyles, this pace must also be followed by organizations. In the master's thesis we focus on the basic concept of purchasing, what is purchasing and what is its strategic importance in the company. We divide the structural organization of purchasing function into factors of purchasing organization, care of organizational form of business, factors of decision-making in the whole organisation basis. We delve into the procurement process itself, where we analyze how it takes place and which purchasing strategies are used by employees in the purchasing department. Finally, we touch on e-commerce and present its advantages and disadvantages for the company. In the practical part we present the company Talum, d.d. and its history. We also focus on the set vision and values of the company. In the following we present our view of the portal for suppliers or EDI data exchange and a vision of how to implement it in the company. We will also test this idea with a survey among the company's existing suppliers to determine whether the introduction of such a form of business makes sense at all.
