Abstract

V magistrski nalogi analiziramo in projektiramo nosilno konstrukcijo 5 - etažne poslovne stavbe, s predvideno lokacijo v Zagrebu. Nosilna konstrukcija stavbe je zasnovana kot armiranobetonski prostorski mešani sistem, ki je sastavljen iz okvirov in sten. Geometrijske podatke o stavbi povzamemo iz obstoječih idejnih načrtov. Najprej se posvetimo analizi armiranobetonske medetažne konstrukcije. Ustrezen idealiziran prostorski računski model izdelamo v programu SAP2000. V analizi poleg lastne in stalne obtežbe upoštevamo še koristno obtežbo na plošči. V mejnih stanjih nosilnosti izvedemo dimenzioniranje plošče, v mejnih stanjih uporabnosti pa preverimo njene povese. V nadaljevanju računski model plošče nadgradimo v model celotne nosilne konstrukcije stavbe, ki služi za preverjanje vertikalnih nosilnih elementov. Model izdelamo v programu Etabs. Pri projektiranju damo večji poudarek potresni analizi in dimenzioniranju najbolj obremenjenih sten v potresnih projektnih stanjih. Zaradi velike potresne obremenitve je potrebna količina armature v stenah relativno visoka in izvedba tako zasnovane 5 etažne poslovne stavbe ni najbolj ekonomična. V ta namen bi bilo potrebno obstoječo zasnovo konstrukcije ustrezno spremeniti in sicer s ciljem, da se prepreči njena torzijsko podajnost. Na koncu za analizirane konstrukcijske elemente v programu ALLPLAN izdelamo še armaturne načrte.

Secondary title: Design of typical reinforced concrete load-bearing elements of a multi-story office building
Secondary abstract: In this master's thesis, work we will be making analysis and projects for load%bearing structure bussines building with 5 floors in Zagreb, main capital of Croatia. Load-bearing structure is constructed like reinforced concrete spatial mixed system of frames and walls. At first, we are calculating analysis on reinforced concrete structures between slabs. Situable indiactive spatial model is constructed in SAP 2000. In analysis for dead load and dead weight, we are considering relevant live load on reinforced concrete slab. In ultimate limit, state we are constructing design of the slab and we are checking deflection of the slab. Our next step is to upgrade the model of the slab with model of the load bearing structure for the whole building which we are using for control vertical bearing constructive elements. The model is constructed in ETABS. By making project, we are giving bigger focus on earthquake analysis and designing the maximum load wall in earthquake projected loads. Because of the big earthquake forces and low forces in walls in design of the building, we need incredible quantity of steel for 5 floor building in this design which makes this building high-cost. Our goal as designers is to stop torsion bending. For analysed constructive elements, we have to draw steel reinforcement mesh draft in ALLPLAN.
