Secondary abstract: | Thesis consist of measurements and numerical processing of transient temperature field on submicron scale. Electric heated tip was mounted on doped glass Er:GPF1Yb0.5Er. Due to temperature change, fluorescence phenomena was detected with a microscope. Pictures of temperature field were then taken. In order to decrease noise ratio and increase image sharpening, a software program was created in Matlab. Results were compared with original picture of transient temperature field, further on results were evaluated. This significantly improved quality of pictures of transient temperature field. |
