Abstract

V delu smo izvedli meritve in numerično obdelavo nestacionarnega temperaturnega polja na submikronski skali. Električno greto konico smo postavili na dopirano steklo Er:GPF1Yb0.5Er. Zaradi spremembe v temperaturi je prišlo do pojava fluorescence, ki smo jo z mikroskopom zaznali in naredili posnetke nestacionarnih temperaturnih polj. Z namenom zmanjšanja šuma in izostritve slike nestacionarnega temperaturnega polja smo izdelali programsko orodje v programu Matlab. Pridobljene rezultate smo primerjali z originalnimi slikami nestacionarnega temperaturnega polja in jih ovrednotili. S tem smo pomembno izboljšali kakovost slike nestacionarnega temperaturnega polja.

Secondary abstract: Thesis consist of measurements and numerical processing of transient temperature field on submicron scale. Electric heated tip was mounted on doped glass Er:GPF1Yb0.5Er. Due to temperature change, fluorescence phenomena was detected with a microscope. Pictures of temperature field were then taken. In order to decrease noise ratio and increase image sharpening, a software program was created in Matlab. Results were compared with original picture of transient temperature field, further on results were evaluated. This significantly improved quality of pictures of transient temperature field.
