Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti optimalne parametre ultrazvočnega varjenja polietilenske folije na obstoječe ogrodje povozne plošče. V okviru naloge smo ugotavljali tudi vpliv različnih debelin folije na sposobnost ultrazvočnega varjenja. Polietilenske folije različnih debelin 100 mikronov in 400 mikronov smo privarjali na povozne plošče sataste oblike. Varjenje je potekalo z ultrazvokom s titanovo sonotrodo, z delovno površino v obliki ozobja, pri čemer smo spreminjali varilne parametre čas varjenja, amplitudo varjenja in pritisno silo varjenja. Namen spajanja je bil zapiranje satovja ter preprečitev polnjenja satovja z okoliškimi tekočinami. Kakovost spojev smo v okviru naloge testirali s tlačnim preizkusom. Ugotovili smo, da je pri varjenju zelo pomembna ravnost plošče. Odpornost spoja na tlačni preizkus je bolje prenesla debelejša folija debeline 400 mikronov, zato je bolj primerna kot 100 mikronska folija.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of diploma thesis was to find out the proper parameters for welding of polyethylene foil on road sheet. We were also researching how different thickness of foil, between 100 microns and 400 microns, influence on process of welding. The ultrasonic welding was made with titan sonotrode with shape of teeth and different welding parameters such as time of welding, power of welding and force of welding. The purpose of welding was to get rid of contamination of surrounding liquids. The quality of weld was made with pressure test. We figure out that in process of welding the important role is also the flatness of sheet. The resistance of weld on pressure test was better endured with thicker foil 400 microns, so it is more proper that 100 microns thin foil.
