diplomska naloga
Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava dva aktualna socialna problema v slovenski družbi. Prvi problem je velika količina zavržene hrane, drugi pa revščina. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil zasnovati projekt »Dobrodelna kuhinja« in z njim omogočiti pripravo hrane za obubožane posameznike v Sloveniji iz zavrženih, a še uporabnih živil. Ob pripravi projekta smo prejeli veliko pozitivnih povratnih informacij, tudi hipoteze smo lahko potrdili: zgled nemške restavracije, ki pripravlja obroke iz zavrženih živil, bi lahko implementirali v dobrodelno kuhinjo v Sloveniji, dobrodelne organizacije bi bile pripravljene voditi projekt dobrodelne kuhinje, skladno s pripravljenim elaboratom, in trgovine bi bile pripravljene oddajati zaloge hrane s pretečenim rokom uporabe dobrodelni kuhinji. Vendar se v Novem mestu že izvaja podoben projekt, zato bi bilo smiselno izpeljati naš projekt le kot nadgradnjo obstoječega.

The thesis deals with two current social problems in today's Slovenian society. The first problem is the excess of discarded food, and the second is poverty in Slovenia. The aim of the thesis was to design the project "Charity Kitchen", which would enable the processing of discarded food that is still useful for impoverished people in Slovenia. During the preparation of the project, we received a lot of positive feedback, and we could also confirm the hypotheses: the example of a German restaurant preparing meals from discarded foods could be implemented as a charity kitchen in Slovenia; the charities would be ready to lead the Charity Kitchen project, in accordance with the elaborated study, and the shops would be ready to outsource their food supplies with expired date to the Charity Kitchen. However, a similar project is already underway in Novo mesto, so it would only make sense to carry out our project as an upgrade of the existing one. |
