diplomsko delo
Abstract
Zelo veliko podjetij se zaveda, kako pomembno je za podjetje, da so delavci v podjetju zadovoljni, da so motivirani in da se pri svojem delu dobro počutijo. Ravno zadovoljen delavec s svojim delom pripomore k uspešnosti podjetja in je velik del sestavljanke, ki podjetje vodi po poti do doseganja ciljev. Ravno zato se podjetja trudijo delavcem omogočiti kar se da ugodno klimo in ugodne pogoje pri delu.
V zaključni nalogi bom predstavila področje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva, ki ga bom predstavila najprej teoretično in v nadaljevanju tudi raziskovalno na primeru podjetja Slovenski državni gozdovi d. o. o.
Na koncu svoje naloge bom predstavila rezultate ankete, svoje ugotovitve in predloge za izboljšavo.

Secondary abstract: |
The vast majority of companies are aware of the importance of the company for the company's employees to be satisfied, motivated and to feel well in their work. A very satisfied worker contributes to the success of the company with his work and is a big part of the puzzle that keeps the company on track to reach the goals. Therefore, companies are trying to provide workers with the right conditions and pleasant working conditions.
In the final task I will present the field of organizational climate and satisfaction, which I will present first and foremost theoretically and, in the future, also research on the example of the company Slovenski državni gozdovi d. o. o
At the end of my mission I would present the results of the survey, my findings and suggestions for improvement. |
