Abstract

Področje raziskovanja v diplomskem projektu so izzivi mednarodnega poslovnega komuniciranja. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta smo opredelili pojma komuniciranja in poslovnega komuniciranja, tok procesa komunikacije, vpliv kulture podjetja na dinamiko in način komuniciranja ter vpliv kulturnih razlik na komuniciranje, v empiričnem delu pa smo na osnovi zbranih primarnih podatkov analizirali izzive, s katerimi se v mednarodnem poslovnem komuniciranju srečuje izbrano podjetje. Namen tega diplomskega projekta je sintetizirati bistvene vidike v poslovni komunikaciji, s poudarkom na mednarodni poslovni komunikaciji ter prepoznati morebitne izzive podjetij na tem področju. Med ključne cilje diplomskega projekta spadata proučitev procesov komuniciranja v izbranem velikem večnacionalnem podjetju in oblikovanje možnih predlogov za izboljšanje interne komunikacije v velikih večnacionalnih podjetjih.

Secondary abstract: The field of research in the graduate project is the challenges of international business communication. In the theoretical part of the diploma project we defined the concepts of communication and business communication, the flow of the communication process, the impact of company culture on the dynamics and manner of communication and the impact of cultural differences on communication, in the empirical part, on the basis of the collected primary data, we analyzed the challenges that the company faces in international business communication. The purpose of this diploma project is to synthesize essential aspects in business communication, with an emphasis on international business communication, and to identify potential challenges for companies in this field. The key objectives of the diploma project include the study of communication processes in a selected large multinational company and the formulation of possible proposals for improving internal communication in large multinational companies.
