Abstract

Vse ureditve povezuje sistem poti in zunanjih ureditev. Zasnova turističnega kompleksa z dopolnilnimi dejavnosti sledi ciljem trajnostnega razvoja in nakazuje možnosti razvoja turizma v regiji.

Secondary abstract: The topic of the master's thesis is the design of a tourist complex on the lake Manjača in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the theoretical part we discussed tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina in general. Analyzes of the narrower and wider location were carried out to create the basis for the project part. Spatial and programmatic interventions are based on the analysis of traditional elements in architecture and on the characteristics of the site itself in terms of potentials and needs. Furthermore, the project part includes the design of a central, covered area by the lake with reception, restaurant, sports equipment rental and services. Not far away, a camping site with connections for campers and a service pavilion has been designed. A tourist settlement with holiday lodges has been proposed on the south side of the lake. All these places are connected with the system of paths and outdoor spaces. The planning around the lake Manjača forms the program and spatial framework for the further development of leisure, adrenaline and ethnotourism on a larger scale. The design of the tourist complex with additional activities is based on the principles of sustainable development and offers further growth of regional tourism.
