Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je bil razvit elektropnevmatski sistem za postopek vtiskovanja gravure na obdelovance kvadratne oblike. Postopek poteka avtonomno, razen človeškega posredovanja pri vklopu in izklopu sistema. V nalogi je opisano medsebojno povezovanje vseh komponent v celoten sistem skupaj z industrijskim krmilnikom. Krmilni program je zasnovan za industrijski krmilnik Siemens S7-1200. Poleg krmilnega programa je bila ustvarjena vizualizacija v razvojnem okolju SpiderPLC iz programskega paketa SpiderControl Web-HMI. Opisana sta razvoj grafičnega vmesnika s podrobnim opisom uporabljenih orodij in sinteza realizirane vizualizacije z industrijskim krmilnikom. Opisana vizualizacija se nanaša izključno na delo v lokalnem računalniku, brez omrežne ali brezžične povezave. Za namene te naloge je bil dodatno razvit simulacijski model v programskem okolju FluidSIM, katerega sestavni deli in princip delovanja so prav tako podrobno opisani. Za namene simulacije v FluidSIM-u je ustvarjena povezava s programom S7-PLCSIM preko programskega orodja EzOPC.

Process monitoring via the SpiderControl Web-HMI package for the industrial S7-1200 plc |
| Secondary abstract: |
For the purposes of this master's thesis, an electropneumatic system was developed for the process of embossing engraving on square workpieces. The process takes place autonomously, except for human intervention in turning the system on and off. The thesis describes the interconnection of all components into one complete system together with the industrial controller. The process control program was designed for the Siemens S7-1200 industrial controller. In addition to the process control program, a visualization was created in the SpiderPLC development enviroment, which comes from the SpiderControl Web-HMI software package. The development of a graphical user interface with a detailed description of the tools used and the synthesis of the created visualization with an industrial controller were described. The visualization described refers exclusively to work on a local computer, without a network or wireless connection. For the purposes of this task, a simulation model in the FluidSIM software environment was additionally developed, of which the components and principle of operation were also described in detail. For the purposes of simulation in FluidSIM, a connection to the S7-PLCSIM program was created via the EzOPC software tool. |
