Abstract

Poučevanje programiranja je pomembno in hkrati zahtevno tako za učitelja kot za učenca. Mnogim posameznikom lahko učenje zaradi značilnosti programiranja predstavlja težavo. Z uporabo izobraževalnih robotov se omogoči grajenje konceptov s področja znanosti in tehnologije, kar se interpretira skozi inženiring in temelji na matematiki. V tem magistrskem delu se bomo osredotočili na raziskovanje različnih robotov, ki so primerni za uporabo v izobraževanju. V prvem delu bomo prikazali robote in njihov namen uporabe skozi čas, nato bomo predstavili pomen vključevanja robotov v šole ter to podkrepili s koncepti konstruktivizma in konstrukcionizma. Cilj magistrskega dela je raziskati izobraževalne robote in poiskati konkretne rešitve, kako le-te vključiti v poučevanje začetnikov v programiranju.

Secondary title: Educational robots as a tool for teaching novices programming
Secondary abstract: Teaching programming is important and challenging for both the teacher and the student. For many individuals, learning may cause a problem because of the characteristics of programming. The use of educational robots makes it possible to build concepts in science and technology that are interpreted through engineering and are based on mathematics. In this master's thesis, we will focus on exploring different robots that are suitable for use in education. In the first part, we will show robots and their purpose over time, then we will present the importance of integrating robots in schools and reinforce this with the concepts of constructivism and constructionism. The goal of the thesis is to do a research on educational robots and to find specific solutions for how to involve them in teaching beginners how to programm.
