Abstract

V diplomskem delu so teoretično in praktično prikazani postopki, s katerimi pridemo do ponudbenih cen za gradbene storitve, s prikazom na primeru sanacije Blaguškega jezera. Na podlagi osnovnega in sedanjega popisa del sanacije so analizirani materiali in cene izvedbe del v obdobju med letoma 1998 in 2020. Z analizo stroškovne učinkovitosti projekta smo pokazali, kakšni so bili prvotni stroški po osnovni izvedbi leta 1998 ter kakšni bi bili stroški v današnjem času. Ugotovili smo, da so se stroški tako materiala kot plač povečali.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma thesis presents theoretically and practically the procedures by which we obtain the unit prices for construction services, with a practical example of rehabilitation of Lake Blaguš. Based on the basic and current inventory of rehabilitation works the materials and prices for the implementation of the works between 1998 and 2020 have been analyzed. By analyzing the cost-effectiveness of the project, we showed what the original costs were after the basic implementation in 1998 and what the costs would be today. We found that both material costs and wage costs increased.
