Abstract
Danes morajo podjetja slediti trendom, če želijo ostati konkurenčna na trgu. Digitalna transformacija je primer takega trenda. V diplomski nalogi predstavljamno, kaj je digitalna transformacija in katere prednosti prinaša, katere digitalne strategije poznamo in kako jih ustvariti, prikazali pa bomo tudi uspešne primere uvedbe oz. implementacije digitalne strategije v podjetje. Cilj diplomske naloge je ugotoviti, kdo je kriv za neuspešno transformacijo in kako digitalna transformacija vpliva na rast in razvoj podjetja. Sklenili smo, da digitalna transformacija podjetju prinaša veliko koristi in da pozitivno vpliva na njegov rast in razvoj. Preoblikuje poslovne procese in s tem vpliva na učinkovitost zaposlenih. Za neuspeh uvedbe oz. implementacije ni kriva ena oseba. Problem je organiziranost; projekt uvedbe mora biti natančno opredeljen, lahko je razdeljen tudi na dele. Sklenemo, da je transformacija podjetja iz tradicionalnega v moderno težek in zapleten proces, ki se ga mora lotiti vsako podjetje.

Today, companies need to follow trends if they want to remain competitive in the market. Digital transformation is one example of such trends. In the diploma thesis, we present what digital transformation is and what advantages it brings, what digital strategies we know and how to create them. We will also present successful examples of introduction or implementation of digital strategy in a company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine who is to blame for a failed transformation and how digital transformation affects the growth and development of a company. We concluded that digital transformation brings many benefits to the company and that it has a positive impact on its growth and development. It transforms business processes and thus affects employee efficiency. Failure of the introduction or implementation is not the fault of one person. The problem is organization; the project of introduction must be precisely defined, it can also be divided into parts. We conclude that the transformation of a company from traditional to modern is a difficult and complex process that every company must undertake. |
