diplomsko delo
Abstract

Introduction of firm diet has started at the age of 6 months. 31% of parents have fully agreed and 41% of parents have agreed that they have enjoyed in offering of firm food to child. 43% of children have, in parents opinion, enjoyed being offered firm food. Results are divided on three parts that are: demographics results, child feeding, parent knowledge and reasons of introduction of firm diet. Discussion and conclusion: Introduction of baby-led complementary diet on child wish is method that gives bigger freedom to child. Author of the book Baby-led Weaning, Gill Rapley, has stated the same reasons and factors for choosing baby-led weaning as parents in our research. In future it would be nesesary to better educate health workers on baby-led weaning, for better consulting to target population. |
