Abstract

Secondary abstract: The subject of this diploma thesis presents the project %IZGRADNJA ŠTIRIH VEČSTANOVANJSKIH OBJEKTOV V FUNKCIONALNI ENOTI F3, BRDO V LJUBLJANI% complex III. construction phase of the building A1 and the contractual schedule. I conducted an analysis of contractual schedule based on collected literature and correction with computer program Microsoft Project so that the scedule can be used to keep track of construction. From the entries in the construction log, I made a schedule of actual work and based on that, I determined the schedule revisions. In last part of diploma thesis, I compared these schedules with each other, described findings and defined responsibilites for deviations from the contractual schedule.
